| My score report or a hand-score review | BPS | your MyBPS account and the BPS scoring page; see also BCPS exam results |
| Recertification units and deadlines | BPS | the BPS recertification guide and our recertification page |
| A case note or a fact on this site looks wrong | our editors | see the next section |

2How corrections happen without an inbox
Every page shows the date it was last reviewed, and every fee, format, scoring or eligibility figure carries the date we read it on the BPS page cited beside it. If BPS has changed a figure since that date, the BPS page wins.
Before a case is published, its answer key is checked by a second reviewer who solves it without seeing the key, and a case whose key is disputed is replaced instead of published. About this reference explains who writes the pages, where the cases come from and how they are checked.
If an inbox is set up for corrections, its address will be listed on this page. Until then, a later review date at the top of a page is the record that it was revised.
